ANACI, the Italian Association of Property Managers, has published a compilation of legal texts covering law relating to co-ownership and partly relating to trade regulations for property managers of 16 European countries.
The book called “Il condominio nelle legislazioni europee” should give a snapshot of the legislation in the countries which are part of the publication. It provides an overview of all relevant national wordings of the law in connection with co-ownership and its property management.
The countries on which the authors focused on where Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, UK, Malta, The Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, San Marino, Slovenia, Spain, Switzerland, Hungary and Italy.
Each national section starts with an Italian legal commentary and summary on the legal situation in the country in question, followed by an Italian version of the legal texts. Texts of the law in the original language complete each chapter.
