Case studies on the European professionnal card

In the framework of the modernisation of the Professional Qualifications Directive, and following the work of the Steering Group on the professional card (group of experts discussing the implementation of the project, of which CEPI is a member), the Commission just published our document on the idea of such a card for real estate agents. 

Chaired by the Commission services, the Steering Group comprised representatives of Member States national administrations (different Ministries), competent authorities and a range of different professional organisations.

The case studies for different professions (doctors, engineers, mountain guides, nurses, physiotherapists), as well as a further paper on ideas by some competent authorities in charge of the regulation of pharmacists are also published on the Commission website, and are being presented at the Single Market Forum in Krakow this week.
