CEPI and FIABCI explore avenues of collaboration

CEPI and FIABCI Presidents signed a partnership agreement in Paris on last December 6. Together with representatives from thirty countries, they participated in the FNAIM International Congress.

Among detailed agreements, we note that:

“During the period of this agreement, parties agree to exchange information pertaining to the professions of property broker and property manager; special attention will be given to sustainability and green development; the extent to which parties exchange information is limited to specific projects and available capacity.

During the period of this agreement, parties invite each other to their respective events and so introduce the other party to their constituency; parties may invite a representative of the other party to attend management meetings if deemed useful.

During the period of this agreement, parties evaluate opportunities to jointly organize an international event to raise attention for European wide policy and education challenges, and to support cross border contacts and business.

During the period of this agreement, parties agree to explore avenues to jointly service real estate professionals in Europe.”

For Timo Multanen, President of CEPI, “this agreement also expresses the principle intention to tighten operational links with FIABCI and between the different umbrella organizations at European and international level”. CEI, the Confédération Européenne de l’Immobilier also signed a similar agreement, expressing the wish to see more joint action to serve common interests of professionals in Europe.
