Jean-François Buet, new President of FNAIM


This Friday 25 May, Jean-François Buet was elected President of one of our French member associations, FNAIM. The current President of the FNAIM Chamber of Côte-d'Or and General Secretary of the Federation will succeed, on January 1st 2013, René Pallincourt, who has been President since 2004.

Elected for a 5 year mandate, he has already made several major proposals, amongst which are strengthening the federation’s visibility and political weight, the effective decentralization of national actions, the development of initial and lifelong training and the strengthening of all professionals’ ethical practices.

56-years-old, married and father of 3 children, Jean-François Buet created his real estate company in 1993, in Dijon, his city of origin, after experience as an executive in a bank and as sales manager of a large real-estate development company. He is a real estate agent, a property manager and a developer/builder. He manages a team of 25 people.

A FNAIM member for 22 years, he has held all mandates at national and local levels. Jean-François Buet is also lecturer in law at the Faculty of Dijon and a commercial court judge.
