CEPI and R.E.A.L. Lebanon sign a partnership agreement

Claudine Speltz and Wallid Moussa did sign a partnership agreement on last December 2, 2012 with the aim to explore avenues of collaboration between associations and support development of real estate services to professionals in Lebanon.

The event took place in Brussels. Joanna Azzi represented the Ambassy of Lebanon. Flavio Gonzaga B. Nunes, President elect of FIABCI and Farook Mahmood, founder of the National Association of Realtors - India and Board member of ICREA, had been invited. Xavier Ortegat attended in his capacity of Managing Director of CEPI.

Professional associations agree to exchange information pertaining to the professions of propertuy agent and manager. Special attention will be given to regulation of the profession, exchange of contacts and expertise in the area of education, technological advancement in the management of dossiers, economic and financial data pertaining to market developments.

The agreement is for a period of three years.
