It is with sadness that we announce the death of Serge Winnykamien.
In the name of Claudine Speltz and the Board of CEPI, in the name also of many professionals and colleagues, we wish to express our profound gratitude to Serge for having contributed so importantly to the construction of the European real estate edifice!

Serge Winnykamien practised his profession of property manager with passion, took responsibility for numerous matters at IPI (Institut professionnel des Agents immobiliers in Belgium) and above all was strongly pro-European, joining the boards of CEAB and of CEPI as from 1990.

If he excelled there as treasurer, ensuring that the associations had the funds necessary to carry their tasks on the European scene through to a successful conclusion, we will remember that he was the author of the code of ethics and quality charter to which members of CEPI still refer.

Everyone will also remember his erudition, his love of life, his humour and his strong sense of friendship.
