CEPI’s knowledge partner OPISAS has been awarded certification for the purchase process for American real estate by the OID – an Italian Digital Real Estate Observatory.

This certification was issued after an analysis by the OID of those present within the industry, and takes into account factors including the dedication of OPISAS to high-level training of real estate professionals, and also legal and tax professionals. Speaking after the award of the certification to OPISAS, CEO and founder Christian Calusa said that “The certification awarded to OPISAS in regards to its process of buying U.S. real estate properties is an acknowledgment that fills us with great satisfaction, an accomplishment testament to our constant dedication and passion.”
