The Oesterreichische Nationalbank (OeNB) has started to publish online a quarterly market review (available in German only) about trends and statistics of the property market.

Two issues per year will be dedicated to international property market trends, with a particular focus on the markets of Central, Eastern and South eastern European countries (CESEE), which are of great importance for the Austrian and wider European markets. The other two issues will focus on the national Austrian property market (to be published in the second and fourth quarter of the year).

All reports will be made available online as PDF and MS Excel files, freely downloadable from the OeNB official website.
