As CEPI President I am contacting you personally to express my strong concern for all CEPI members and delegates at a time when we are facing an unprecedented crisis due to the spread of the coronavirus.

I am afraid that this crisis will have an impact both in the short and long-term on all of our professional and personal lives. You will all no doubt be thinking not only of the impact on our health, which is of course vital, but also on our businesses. We all want to see the real estate sector survive this crisis and prosper.

Rest assured that we want to do our utmost to support you, and to work out how best we can work at national and European level both to deal with this crisis and hopefully find the way forward out of it. We are giving very careful thought as to what we can do in practical terms, and this is something that I will be discussing carefully with the rest of the CEPI Management Team. We are very aware of the real problems that all our members are facing and will continue to work together to find ways to help.

I wish you all the best in these difficult moments and hope that we will very soon see an improvement and better times ahead. In the meantime please stay safe and well and out of harm's way.
