Covid-19 and the real estate sector

CEPI extends its sympathies to all those affected by the Covid-19 pandemic. The resulting economic crisis is impacting on all sectors of the economy, not least real estate which is feeling the real effects of the slowdown in activity.
In the statement now available on our website we express our concern on the impact this crisis is having already on the activities of real estate professionals and the real estate market.

We ask that the needs of the real estate sector not be overlooked in the introduction of support measures, and for financial support to be provided for all European business activities including real estate services.
