On 25 January 2021, CEPI hosted its first CEPI Academy of 2021, “Home staging: sell more, sell faster!”, organized in partnership with IAHSP® Europe, CEPI’s longstanding knowledge partner. The seminar was a big success with around 70 participants from all over Europe.

During the CEPI Academy, Ms Sanja Radovanovic, President of IAHSP® Europe and speaker of the day, explained how home staging can help real estate agents in selling residential properties faster and at a better price. On average, in fact, staged properties sell 30% faster, often with a price increase of 20%. Home staging has proved to be a very efficient marketing tool that helps agents in their business as well as making clients happier and grows stronger agent-client relationships.

IAHSP® Europe is hosting the ASP®RE training course dedicated to agents, which will teach them the knowledge and skills that are essential for establishing fruitful cooperation with accredited home stagers and to benefit from this tool. This 5-hour course will cover several topics, including the approach to achieve effective teamwork between the agent, home stager, and the client, the staging and selling cycle, the economics of home staging, and more! After completing the course, participants will receive an ASP®RE certificate and ASP®RE designation, and additionally a 1-year membership in IAHSP®.
