Covid-19 and the real estate sector

The impact of the crisis caused by the Covid-19 continues to be felt throughout Europe and by all sectors. The real estate sector is not exempt from the crisis and CEPI now calls for support for the sector in these exceptional times.
In an updated statement now available on our website we express our concern about some of the practical difficulties being faced by real estate professionals and the impact on the real estate sector of the ongoing crisis. We ask that the needs of the real estate sector not be overlooked in the introduction of support measures, and for financial support to be provided for all European business activities including real estate services.
