Urban dimension of cohesion policy 2021-2027, URBAN Intergroup online event

On February 26, the Secretariat attended the online event “Urban dimension of cohesion policy 2021-2027” organised by the URBAN Intergroup (European Parliament).
The discussion, introduced by MEP Mr. Jan Olbrycht (President of the URBAN Intergroup, MFF co-rapporteur) and MEP Ms. Fabienne Keller (Vice- President of the URBAN Intergroup), focused on the urban dimension of the cohesion policy for the period 2021-2027.

Speakers of the event included: Mr. Moray Gilland, Head of Unit for Policy Development and Economic Analysis at the Commission's Directorate-General for Regional and Urban Policy (DG REGIO), MEP Mr. Andrey Novakov, co-rapporteur of the Common Provisions Regulation (CPR) and REACT-EU, MEP Ms. Constanze Krehl, co-rapporteur of the CPR and REACT-EU; MEP Mr. Krzysztof Hetman, shadow rapporteur of the European Regional Development Fund and on the Cohesion Fund, and MEP Mr. Younous Omarjee, Chair of the European Parliament's Committee on Regional Development (REGI), and MEP Mr. Andreas Schieder’s (Vice- President of the URBAN Intergroup).
