CEAB

Founded in 1989, the Confédération européenne des Administrateurs de Biens (the European Confederation of Property Managers - CEAB) brings together most of the property managers' professional associations within the European Union, namely  18 member associations from 15 EU and EFTA countries.

This organisation, which represents the interests of property managers, wants to be recognised by all professionals in this field and to become the first to develop the profession within the European context.

Its objectives are:

- to take advantage of the experience of all its members and then to adapt best professional practices in order to enhance the profession
- to promote a higher level of professionalism among property managers (quality care charter and minimum educational requirements)
- to be at the leading edge in technical matters, know-how, and professional standards relating to qualifying for and carrying out the profession.

… and above all: to encourage the development of the property management profession among the new EU Member States.

Implementing projects of common interest is also ensured by CEPI in collaboration with EPAG, as well as its own projects if the demands of the profession requires it.
