CEPI publishes information and surveys about European markets:
The creation of a European residential real estate website is under consideration, as well as a project of European surveillance of the various sale and lease markets.
- Annual data concerning the price of houses and apartments (sale and rental) for each capital and second most important city in the EU Member States.
- Surveys about the different real estate markets (commercial and residential) and, depending on the situation, provides a link to the national establishments which can provide more specific information and surveys.
