CEPI aims to continue to develop as a strong European representative voice that will contribute to structuring and directing the development of real estate markets and services. Its objectives are to:
- become the favoured reference and the rallying point for European real estate professionals;
- strengthen working relationships between professionals;
- oversee the professional ethics of real estate agents and property managers and the quality of their education;
- improve market knowledge.
Each project developed by CEPI:
- takes advantage of existing skills within one or more member associations;
- offers specific and added value to its network of member associations;
- provokes debate between the relevant parties within the real estate sector.
