SIMA 2010, a major appointment
SIMA2010, the Madrid International Real Estate Exhibition, will take place next 20 to 23 May. SIMA is a major appointment for companies and professionals: developers, investors, public administrations, financial bodies, etc. Providing a multitude of displays where exhibitors will present their products and services, it represents an opportunity to get to know and to interact with end users as well as a large number of real estate professionals, agents, brokers and investors.
Not just a Fair, SIMA is also a chance to learn and build up contacts through its conferences and related activities. On 20 and 21, an International Real Estate Congress, organized by Planner Reed (promoters of SIMA), in partnership with CEPI and other international associations, will gather together professionals originating from 21 countries (Latin America, North America, Eastern Europe, North Africa).
Under the theme “Analysis and strategies for a progressive recovery of the property sector”, professionals will discuss the global situation of the sector, the future of real estate finance, sales strategies best suited to the present situation, new roles in the sector, changing demands in European markets for buyers of second homes in Spain, marketing & international advertising as well as business alternatives for the promoters of both first and second homes. Gathered in Madrid on the occasion of the CEPI, CEAN and EPAG General Assemblies, our member associations from all over Europe will also be there and take part to the various events.
On the Friday, the a brand new project developed by CEPI, the European Council of Real Estate Professionals and ICREA, the International Consortium of Real Estate Associations: worldproperties.eu - the first European property website managed by real estate professionals -, will be unveiled to the public.
On this affiliated website of the parent global site, worldproperties.com, real estate agents throughout the European Union will have the possibility to place and promote properties to be sold. The site will encourage and facilitate the exchange of listings between professionals from the various European countries, and will be open to the general public.
