CEPI - European Association of Real Estate Professions

It is with sadness that we learnt of the death of Andrea Merello, former President of the Italian association ANACI and of the Confédération européenne des administrateurs de biens (CEAB/CEPI). If he held the presidency of CEAB in 2003 and 2004, it was from 1993 that he committed himself to the defence and development of the profession both in Italy and at the European level.

Andrea was very attached to Europe and never ceased to wish that the profession be recognised as an indispensable element of the property market and that the training of professionals lead them to excellence. 

His colleagues recall a committed man engaged and available, knowledgeable and affable, thus providing a collegial and friendly dimension to the rigorous work in Brussels. 

CEPI extends its deepest condolences to his family and sends a fond memory to real estate professionals in Italy.
