Grzegorz Dobrowolski was elected member of the CEPI Board in last April and became active member of the Policy Working Group. He is a privileged observer of the Polish market and is very critical of the recent decision to deregulate many professions among which the real estate ones. An interview.
His first contact with real estate occurred by coincidence, when he was invited to work as a real estate counselor for a Law Office in Gdańsk about 25 years ago.
As an active broker and owner of a real estate agency, he later expressed interest in the global market environment, started academic work and became a book writer. These commitments express his concern to link practice and reflection.
Linking business and service is another concern that underpins his many activities. Beyond his professional work as a broker and real estate counselor, Grzegorz has been founding member of a professional organization and has a longstanding experience as delegate to international bodies such as FIABCI, NAR, CEREAN and CEPI. He often reminds how important it is for professionals to share experience with colleagues and contribute to voluntary projects that benefit to the profession as a whole.
