The Smart Readiness Indicator for Buildings (SRI) – EU Survey

The Smart readiness indicator (SRI) is a common EU scheme for rating the smart readiness of buildings.

The SRI assesses buildings or building units based on their capacity to satisfy three key functionalities, namely optimising energy efficiency and overall in-use performance, adapting their operations to the needs of the occupant and assuring energy flexibility hence the adaption of the building to signals from the grid.

Given the importance of this tool in the framework of the Energy Performance of Buildings Directive (EPBD), published by the European Commission in December 2021, and considering the relevance of smart technologies in the daily work of real estate professionals, CEPI is inviting you to take part in the EU Survey on the SRI, that can be found by clicking on this link.

Deadline for submitting your answers is January 31,2022.
