CEPI General Meeting and elections new Board, November 2022 (Dublin, Ireland)

CEPI members gathered in Dublin on November 24-25 to attend the second General Meeting of the year, at the kind invitation of Irish members SCSI and IPAV.

Members attended in-person meetings of the two CEPI Professional Divisions representing both real estate agents (PAC) and property managers (CEAB), as well as meetings of the three main Permanent Technical Committees (PTCs) on Policy, Education and Communications, in addition to the usual Board of Directors and General Meeting.

On this occasion, elections for the new Board of Directors 2023-25 took place. Members had also the pleasure to attend the Gala Dinner at the Irish Property Industry Excellence Awards. Meetings with the management of SCSI and IPAV also took place.

CEPI member ASNU from Ukraine was also present at the meetings and gala evening. ASNU delegates gave members a detailed update on the situation in Ukraine now and suggestions on what real estate professionals can do to help the country rebuild.

Last, but not least, the meetings in Dublin coincided with the official launch of the 2022 edition of CEPI’s Report on the Regulatory situation of Real Estate Professions in Europe. An official press conference, at which also the Irish Regulator was present, took place at the end of the two-day meeting session.

CEPI thanks its 2020-2022 Board of Directors for the good work done over the last three-years and congratulates the new Board members which will officially start their term as of 1 January 2023.
