Strategies

To achieve these objectives, CEPI will progressively set up five detailed work strategies:

- through lobbying both European and national authorities in order to simplify real estate transactions, facilitate cross-border transactions and guarantee them enhanced legal security 

- education amongst future real estate professionals, as well as the ongoing education of professionals by means of a common European education platform 

- by increasing internal and external communication by means of developing publications, taking an active part in international real estate events and a wider and systematic use of the "CEPI" label 

- by setting up research projects related to real estate markets and services in order to complete the information available and to keep the debate between the stakeholders alive

- by developing services of direct interest to our 350,000 affiliated professionals: an information portal on legislation and market data, a properties portal, practical guides for professionals
