JOINING IMMOSURANCE

Immosurance will be available from April 2026 for real estate professionals. 

To join Immosurance, it's recommended you first check with your National Association who can have a special agreement in place, offering excellent conditions for its members. Encouraging your association to step up its members' participation will directly influence what you pay for your subscription!

Here's what's included in Immosurance

* One central secure platform hosting all data in a secure cloud-based environment, accessible via strict authorisation roles, including a variety of audit roles.

* KYB - Know Your Business. Documents for its employees and auditors how the individual business is organised with regards to AML:

   - Business self-assessment: allows the business to translate it into internal AML policies & procedures.
   - Training materials & certification of employees for completing mandatory AML training: document the available training courses & allow to execute them by every employee.
   - Organisational structure of AML responsibles over time: allows to document who were the responsible persons for AML over time.
   - A whistleblow area enabling employees to anonymously report suspicious activities & transactions.

* KYC - Know Your Customer. Transaction-based research documented to demonstrate the mandatory due diligence for real estate transactions, focused on natural persons, legal persons, ownership structures, and real estate-specific components for risk assessment:

   - Dossier-based managed due diligence for sales & qualified rental transactions.
   - Biometrical & documental ID verification through IDVerse.
   - Sanction lists, PEP checks, and adverse media checking in over 2000 sources worldwide through LexisNexis.
   - Summarised risk assessment: calculated + self-assessed risks, combined with a sophisticated real estate risk assessment module.
   - Applied to Real Estate thanks to the built-in and unique Real Estate Risk Assessment Module.

* Additional functions. Immosurance comes loaded with additional and useful functions such as:

   - Enable your CRM provider to integrate via the available API.
   - Ask any question related to Immosurance or the AML legislation via the AI-enabled virtual assistant.
   - Manage your consumption of digital services via manual or automatic wallet top-up (via bank card or direct bank drafts).
   - Integrate your email via IMAP.
   - Integrate your calendar via iCAL.
